“Great place and close to the Grand Canyon”

This place was great and really close to the South Rim entrance. Staff was helpful.

We stayed for one night and found the hotel to be nice, the room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The steaks in the restaurant were good, and the staff friendly and helpful. We would certainly recommend this place.

Very comfortable & clean. Staff friendly, family-like. Enjoyed lodge atmosphere. Convinient to have good restaurant, bar, and store in hotel, and enjoyed weekend entertainment. Great place to stay after a day in the Grand Canyon. Would highly recommend and return.

“Excellent comfort at the Canyon”

Rooms were wonderful. Clean, efficient and comfortable. Ver helpful staff. Water pressure weak in shower at times. Very nice indoor pool and excellent hot tub. Just the answer after hiking the Canyon. Good food. Nice to be able to sit in front of a fire in the lobby.

“Would stay if we go back to the Grand Canyon”

Personnel friendly and very helpful. We were checked in quickly and early, since our arrival was earlier than expected. Gave us information to make our stay comfortable and informative of the area.

We really loved this hotel. The rooms were comfortable, not flash, but the front desk service was excellent. The downstairs foyer and restaurant is warm and inviting and the restaurant staff went above and beyond in ensuring a wonderful stay.

We only had a 4-day vacation and decided to go to The Grand Canyon. We chose the Grand Hotel as our place to stay.The hotel is located just a short drive from the entrance of the National Park and close to connections with other very worthwhile visiting areas.It is built and decorated with lots of taste and detail.The employees are very friendly and polite,including the maintenace personnel for the rooms.We were glad that the hotel had an incorporated restaurant, so after a whole day out to cath vieuws of the sceneries, we did not have to get out again to find a place to eat. the food was terrific ,not really cheap but very good quality , very well prepared and more then enough. The hotel also has a saloon dat serves smaller meals and snacks. Then there is also a well supplied gift-/ native art store. In the evening we were able to enjoy a demonstration of Native American dances for about an hour each evening. The servers in the restaurant were REALLY WORKING HARD to keep the guests satisfied. Overall, the Grand Hotel made up for the bad weather we had . We surely want to go back to the Grand Canyon and we know we will stay again in the Grand Hotel. Just a very nice experience !!

“Grand Canyon's Best Hotel”

The hotel restaurant and saloon was fun. It had live music, excellent service, and really good food. The western theme was well done throughout the building but it wasn't cheesy. Rooms were clean and comfy. They have a nice pool. It is close to Grand Canyon--very close! Imax theatre across the street. I believe it would be a good place for families as well as couples. Really enjoyed my stay there!

“Grand Hotel outside of the Grand Canyon”

Check in was handled quickly. The room far surpassed expectations. The attached restaurant I found to be over priced. Overall this was a high quality establishment that I would recommend to others.
