I live in Phoenix, however decided to stay overnight as we were riding the Verde Valley Train in Clarkdale and my sister had not been to Sedona. The location was outside of downtown Sedona by 10 minutes and 25 minutes from Clarkdale, so it was very convenient. The property and room were clean. The breakfast was very good. My sister loved the pancake machine. Overall I would stay again!

Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. Very easy check in. Helped me sign up for IHG rewards. Due to availability I was able to get a room before 3:00pm. Be aware that there is a daily charge for parking. Which I don’t understand because you can’t get to the area without a car, there is plenty of parking, this is not a major city with limited parking. Charging for parking is not ok.

The hotel rooms have been updated and very nice. The hallway carpet and elevator are tired. The breakfast is alright but, they served the exact same items every day. There are a variety of food choices, Thai, pizza, steak house and Chinese, all within 5 minutes walk.
