"The hotel location on the beach is really nice, beautiful hip décor, most amazing pool and the staff is really nice. I did not like the extra charge for the beach umbrella. Extra $25 per day on top of the $ 45 per day resort fee. You would think the umbrella would be included. It is at every other resort in the area. I checked. So am extra $600 for the week. Just keep that in mind. "

"We liked the beach and the view. The hotel was great, our room had a bit of an issue with the air conditioning. It was located in the ceiling and leaked a considerable amount of water on the floor. We had to put a big bath towel down to prevent us slipping. Facilities did come up but couldn’t fix it. The hotel did take off the resort fee for the inconvenience. "As always we loved our stay. This time we brought our grandkids for the first time and luckily they had several events for kids. The only thing I would bring up is the AC in room 411. I didn’t bring it up during our stay because it wasn’t that big a deal but it was a little humid in the room and never got below 72 even though we had the blackout curtains closed and the thermostat was set to 68 even before we got there. "Rooms are clean, breakfast buffet has a good variety with two omelets stations. Staff are friendly at the restaurant and bar. Front desk were not too helpful when the Valet parking refused to take our car, they claimed that they are at full capacity. The hotel has no parking on the premises, they asked us to go to other hotel 2 blocks away and park there. I don’t expect to do this when I check in and I never heard of that before! "
