Property was filming a Netflix series on sight and had limited access to amenities and beach. They did not advise guests until the night before. I would’ve booked another hotel if I knew. Aside from this hotel, rooms amenities and service was excellent

They didn’t make us aware of the jack hammer construction happening daily by the beautiful pool.we may have postponed out Visit if we knew. The beach is great But umbrella rental was pricey. They did pick up the tab for that which was very nice.

Had a great time at this hotel, it was very clean and conveniently located on beach and close to shops and dining. Would definitely go again. The only downside I found was you have to pay for an umbrella at the beach, towels and loungers are included but umbrellas are not. ($25US daily)

This was our second year staying at the hotel. It was very fantastic. One thing I could change about it would be to ask prior to booking when remodeling or construction is done. Again, this is the second year. We had a great time, but we had two days worth of remodeling construction noise going on, which was very very unpleasant during our stay for our anniversary. We were given a complementary night that was given to us by the GM. This was our second year with the noise booked the same timeframe last year so for future reference, just ask prior to booking. The staff was very great Natalia Marcos front desk Paul the bellhop Max that works in the morning for breakfast and Eric with the poolside service all phenomenal people and what keeps me coming back. I look forward to seeing you on my next return to Miami.

Our honeymoon location! We were not disappointed that we booked our vacation at The National. Extremely beautiful ocean views, amazing pools, friendly staff, and tasty margaritas.

This property has a lot to offer great location, courteous staff, clean, and for those who need a break from kids. It’s adult only very relaxing. The interior of the rooms were unique and spacious. 5 star hotel definitely!
