"Francesco the Villa owner made us very welcome on arrival and communication prior and during the stay was excellent. The villa itself was cool and spacious during a hot week and the air conditioning in each bedroom was fantastic and at no extra cost. Some of the villa had been refurbished and the two bathrooms with showers finished to a high standard. "Poor!!! Kitchen the sink is leaking and the units are water damaged. Downstairs bedroom looks and feels like a storage room converted. Main bedroom shower does not have a wall fixing so couldn't be used. The quality of bedding throughout was poor lack of pillows. The main feature of property the top floor is not airconditioned and therefore locked off. Overall our impression was of a villa in decline. We paid a reasonable price for a poor quality villa so therefore considered it overpriced."

"Wow! What a wonderful villa, with an amazing, huge garden. The pool is huge, the rooms big and comfy (great, comfortable beds!). Clean, modern bathrooms, the kitchen well stocked with dishes and glasses...what more can I say! We didn't use any of the luxury services we could have ordered on top, but the communication with Novella was great. We would book again in a heatbeat!"

"The house and location were beyond expectations! Jo was so helpful and gave recommendations for local restaurants and activities in the region. The bread and pastries were such a lovely start to each day. Lake iseo was beautiful and we swam in the lake each day. "The house it self and the rooms are big and comfortable. The kitchen however is small in comparison. Garden is very big and usable. Location is good enough to access various places, but some amenities are a few min drive away. The house is right on a fairly busy road but it's not an issue with the windows closed. The pool, while very nice and clean, is quite cold and even in mid August we struggled to utilize it. Overall the property does the job, but for the money, I hoped for something better."

Loved the modern and well designed apartment, very clean and the staff could not do enough to help us. Will definately return. Affinity pool was an added and welcome extra."
