"Kristina was very friendly and polite and the villa was spotless. You have everything you need in the villa with a nice bonus welcome package too. Pool and outside area was perfect. Great for wildlife with what would be rare birds in the UK all in the garden .. Turtle Dove, Bee-eater, Hoopoe, Golden Oriole and Woodchat Shrike! "Von der Anreise, über den Aufenthalt bis hin zur Abreise war alles super. Wir hatten in der ersten Nacht zwar ein kleines Problem worum sich aber direkt gekümmert wurde. Es wurde auch am nächsten Tag nochmal nachgefragt ob alles gut ist. Wir haben uns vor Ort sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen die Unterkunft weiter."

"We had the perfect stay here. The villa was in immaculate condition and had everything a family could need. Well stocked kitchen; good sized pool; table football table; pool table and swing set. Plus a beautiful garden where we could pick our own tomatoes and peppers. Even better the hosts were absolutely lovely, super friendly and helpful when we had some trouble with our car and even gave us all gifts when we left. Highly highly recommended."

"The property is made up of 3 apartments. Each apartment has its own parking space and shared access to the pool. We stayed in the mid-level apartment and were a group of 3. It was perfect for us. Children and parent had separate bathrooms, a good double room each and plenty of lounge, kitchen and balcony space to relax in. The garden and pool area are very private as the neighbouring house was not occupied. About 15 minutes by car from Zadar, the coast at Sukosan and the lake at Posedarje. "Alles war so wie es beschrieben wurde. Das Gelände war sehr sauber und übersichtlich, zudem wurden wir von einem sehr zuvorkommenden Eigentümer empfangen. Er war stets hilfsbereit, ebenso hat er uns diverse Empfehlungen gegeben (Touren etc.) Das Obst und Gemüse von ihm war lecker und frisch. Der Pool am Tag und der Whirlpool am Abend waren sehr schön, ebenso ist die Lage vollkommen akzeptabel da man alles in 10 min mit dem Auto erreichen kann. Alles in Allem war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt...

"Very modern and clean apartment. Fantastic view (though our friends booked a 2 bedroom apartment and had a much better view with a rooftop patio). Too bad the pool wasn't open (it was April, and too cold). Though a little out of Zadar, close by restaurants were fantastic. Dealing with the owner was also very pleasant."

"NEVER GO TO VILLA PLAT!!! First trip to Croatia and very very dissapointed by the way some (especially in Villa Plat) are treating their customers. You need to be alert on every single detail because their only goal is to rob you. Airport transfer, cleaning fees they ask while they are not cleaning the room. I'm really pissed. "
