The property manager Claudio was super helpful, responsive and great humoured and he keeps the gardens looking just beautiful - every leaf in place yet natural and robust - at least in May. We particularly appreciated how well-equipped the place is for practical matters (such as cooking) as well as for leisure and enjoyment (the games; the table tennis table and, above all, the lovely swimming pool). "It was a very nice vacation at Casa Conti Di Sotto. The VIP area is really private, you only have one neighbour in the other part of the house. The house and garden are well equipped. The main house is located a few meters away from the VIP area. There are all the other things like swimming pool and sauna. The upper part at the sauna has a nice view of the landscape. Vasile was also very nice and helpful."

"Excellent position. A few minutes walk from the sea, in front of a big free parking and a play ground for children. Letizia and Carlo are very nice and available. The apartments are fresh, comfortable, modern and tastefully decorated. Cleaning is impeccable. The structure has various apartments of different dimensions, including a studio flat therefore it is suitable for families with children, couples, groups of friends and singles. Absolutely recommended."

"Lorenzo Riscioni und seine Familie haben ein traumhaftes Anwesen an der toskanischen Küste. Das Haus in dem wir wohnten (zugegeben nicht billig) ist seinen Preis wert. Lorenzo hat uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben – immer für uns in sehr guten Restaurants einen Tisch reserviert - und war auch sonst immer für uns da. Das Haus und die Lage ist ein Traum. Einzige Wermutstropfen, man hört die Straße, die zum Hafen von Punta Ala führt und (zumindest im September) ist die Sonne um 18 Uhr schon weg. Fabio...

"We spent the first week of July in Punta Ala, which seems to surprise every Italian we tell. The area was developed in the 1970s and vacationers are mostly Italians. It is a lovely verdant spot, with many beautiful beaches which require some youthful energy to get to. The Villa Raciti was everything as promised.
