"The hotel is very convenient for guests using the train or a bus, as it is very close to both stations. It is a bit of a walk into the waterfront area, but should be manageable for most people. I stayed in a studio that was more like a one-bedroom apartment. It had a well-equipped kitchenette that opened into a nice living space (with a large sofa), plus a good shower room. The bedroom was a bit compact given the (large) size of the bed, but it was not a problem. The studio had several windows facing the pool area. Staff members were very nice and helpful."

"The Octant Vila Monte is a beautiful hotel set into the countryside about 4-5 miles from the beach. As soon as we arrived we felt relaxed and peaceful as the hotel, its grounds and our room were presented beautifully. The staff in all areas were so kind, friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The breakfast was outstanding with fresh produce and a stunning view and the hotel restaurant served amazing food each day. The adults only po was t heated but with the sunshine that wasn’t a problem. I borrowed a bike to cycle into the local towns which was a great addition. All in al, highly recommend - we’ll be back as soon as we can!"

"We enjoyed our stay at Townhouse 13 in Olhao. It was located very close to the fish and vegetable market with easy access to many restaurants. There was also a grocery store just a few minutes away. The place was no frills but very comfortable and located on the first level for one of us who has difficulty with stairs. I would definitely stay here again!"

"We had a great 3 night stay at Guest Mar. The staff were super friendly and helpful - the breakfast was delicious and it was very handy to be able to use the kitchen throughout the day. Comfortable bed and a good shower. Space was a bit tight in our room, but it was workable. We made use of the shared spaces - rooftop, kitchen and reading room. All in all a lovely guesthouse."
