I stayed at the Ecantanda Resort for 3 weeks in August with my family and it was a wonderful experience. We stayed in the 3 bedroom townhouse and it had everything we wanted in terms of being home away from home. There is television in each of the rooms with a large tv in the living room. There was adequate kitchenware to use for cooking which we did a bit of to save some money. The resort is tucked away at the end of highway 192 in Kissimmee, away from the hustle of Orlando but only 10 minutes drive from the Disney parks. What we enjoyed most about how vacation was the small pool available to each townhouse. My kids loved it so much that we did not visit the large pool available at the club house.
The apartment we stayed was managed by e-management and they were excellent, responding to complains promptly as they had someone promptly to fix the telephone that had issues when I moved in. The only reason i did not score them excellent for Hotel staff was because of the way the hotel staff hounded me to check out. I realized late that check-out was 10 am instead 11 am in most hotels. I went to the management office and asked if they could be generous enough to extend the check-out time by 1 hr considering that My check-in was delayed by about 1.5 hrs and the kind lady in the office agreed only for another lady to hound me twice to check out first at 10.30 and then again at 10.50. I found that offensive when I was waiting for a Limo to arrive at 11.00
