This property is in need of some updating. The check in process didn't work. I was sent an email to fill our registration ahead of time, but the link did not work. Our room needs some updating as well as better cleaning. There were leftover socks as well as a spoon under the master bed. The comforter for the sofa bed was stained and unusable. The drain in the second bath was very slow.

The first room had bugs and was not clean. The hotel switched the room, where we also found crumbs and cereal that wasnā€™t from us. Was glad they moved the room. Was a little disappointed in cleanliness. The porch also had broken seats so that was a bummer.

Closest Iā€™ve ever been to leaving a reservation. Dirty room, mechanical room left open and it was disgusting, lots of water damage, couldnā€™t get simple toiletries after 3pm (after a day at the parks), very out of date. Stayed here 8yrs ago but this is not the same place. Unfortunately this will be our last time at this resort.

We have stayed at the Blue Heron every year for our Disney trips for the last 5 years. We love the location and area. They always provide shuttles to the parks; however, upon arriving this time, they said they no longer had a shuttle as of 1 month ago. Just know that although it says they have a shuttle, they currently do not so plan accordingly. Otherwise, we love Blue Heron and their awesome pools/hot tub/tiki bar/location. :-)

We like the property for what it has to offer..We enjoy being near the lake and the walkway and opportunity to sit out there and enjoy it.We enjoy the balconies that come with the rental.Also nice to sit out and enjoy the views.The outside property well maintained.Great large and small pools and plenty area to sit out..Also outside bar if interested.The inside is comfortable.Bit dated but have no problem with it. you can bring family there for reasonable price..Near many restaurants and stores and maybe 10 min to Disney Springs.Thats a plus.So close to Disney.We enjoy staying there.Look forward to next visit.

We loved the set-up with the hotel! It felt like we were in a home, not necessarily a hotel room. The kitchen was decently stocked, but missing a larger frying pan and salt/pepper, which made it a bit difficult to use as a fully functioning kitchen. There was some dust on the dressers, night stands, end-tables, but other than that it overall was clean. The pool was a very pleasant temperature & the hot tub was a perfect temperature. There were plenty of chairs poolside to use for relaxation. In spite of the few hiccups, we would stay there again & recommend people trying this place out.
