There are lots of beautiful outdoor spaces to read, eat, or take in the view (including an incredible garden). "We had a lovely time here. The Villa is very well equipped and comfortably furnished. The pool is great; there is a nice shaded outdoor eating area with built in barbecue. It was a very nice villa for a family. There are decent white sand beaches circa 30 minutes drive away, with other beaches closer (but grittier sand). The property manager was helpful and met us when we arrived and when we left the Villa. I would recommend this Villa without hesitation."

"Die zweite Hälfte August haben wir in einer Ferienwohnung, die sich im Erdgeschoss einer Villa in einem ruhigen Viertel in Calvi befindet, verbracht. Zur Verfügung hatten wir eine schöne Terrasse mit zahlreichen Sitz-, Liege- und Grillmöglichkeiten und den ganzen sehr geräumigen wunderschönen mediterranen Garten, so dass man, wenn man wollte, den ganzen Tag im Freien um die Villa herum verbringen konnte. "From the communication the week before to the greeting on arrival Mr Piani could not be more helpful. Amazing private location with first class infinity pool. The southern aspect provides for lovely evenings when the weather is hot and the views across the bay are to die for. Air conditioning throughout and very secure with our young family. Just a superb week, it cannot be faulted. Walking distance to the boulangerie and the supermarket adjoining the petrol station in town surprisingly good....

"Four adults and 2 children enjoyed this property very much. It is well appointed, clean, and with a great view. A few steps lead down to the water, but the shore is rocky, there is no beach (but there is a very nice beach nearby). Some basic shops and a handful of restaurants are a short drive away. M. Campinchi only communicates in French, which made correspondence and conversation somewhat awkward for us who speak English. He insisted on meeting us late in the afternoon (at 5pm), which meant...

"We absolutely loved this villa and are already hoping to return for a longer stay next year. It's immaculately fitted out and brilliantly equipped for a self-catering stay, with a lovely (and well childproofed) pool which we had a great time playing in with the kids. All the bedrooms are clean and airy, and the upper floor terrace gives a fantastic view of the sunrise over Calvi for early risers. We were very early in the season so many preparations and improvements were taking place, so we feel it would have been even better a little later into the month. We particularly enjoyed our meals in the restaurant. The beautiful beach was very quiet and the walk along the railway path, and on into the town and harbour was a joy. "
