"The property manager was horrible, she was very aggressive when communicating. She tried to take my deposit for a broken lock that I have never touched. Very poor communication, I felt like I was in prison, because I wasn’t allowed to take visitors on her property. The housekeepers were more friendly and nice. Our lovely & gracious cook & housekeeper, Ms. Kerine, prepared delicious meals daily & made our stay very comfortable & delightful! The security guard, Andrew, was friendly, cheerful, & attentive & made us feel safe the entire stay. We thoroughly enjoyed his guided tour to the calm cove for cliff jumping & snorkeling! "Cook and staff are fabulous. House is a bit more dated than pictures indicate, but well maintained and excellent location in a quiet bay. Local activities are worth checking out. Our group is quite seasoned in our travels, and our trip to Sun Kissed was over Super Bowl weekend. There were challenges with the house internet, but staff made accommodations to make sure we saw the game and were well fed. A great time was had by all in for our group of ten!"

"This was one of the best vacation I had in a long time.. The place is safe and great for family we all loved. The kids enjoyed themselves everyday at the pool.. Its not too far from St Ann Bay you can do shopping/grocery. Lots of attractions near by.. this is 2 thumbs up 👍 Ps. The host and Manager were great.."

"Beautiful location that’s better than the pictures. Lots of areas to hang out. Staff was friendly helpful and flexible. The best we’ve worked with. We loved how quiet and peaceful the location is and felt very safe at all times. The kids loved the pool, slide and trampoline along with the fabulous snorkeling. Only negative was no beach to walk along. But that wasn’t advertised. Very memorable New Year’s Eve trip. We loved it!"

"Had a great 14 days at Reef Villa. The pool and outside area is a great space. House is cool, clean and functional. Stacy cooks and mean brown stew chicken and is helpful whenever needed. The neighbourhood is nice a quiet and the local amenities have you covered."
