“Best Place to Stay in San Francisco, in the center of it ALL!”

The Sheraton at Fisherman's Wharf was not only beautiful but it was right in the center of it all! Sitting by the fireside tables in the evenings looking out at the beautiful city was absolutly perfect!

Newly renovated; excellent in cleanliness, maintenance and comfort. Staff was superb - went out of their way to may the stay enjoyable. Reasonably priced; close to every attraction you could possibly want in San Francisco. Highly Recommended!

“Perfect hotel and location”

So close to the Wharf and Pier 39 just two blocks away. Trolley's within walking distance. Loved the outdoor fire pits. Rooms were clean. Parking way to pricey and don't eat at the hotel very, very expensive. Staff was helpful and loved the Starbucks in the room.

Walking distance to Pier 39 and Cable Car. Very friendly staf and very good service. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

We booked a king bed at the hotel for 4 nights. The first night we got there they explained to us that they did not have any king rooms available, so that was a little disappointing. He explained to us that you are only guaranteed a room, not necessarily the room you "Requested". (same with all hotels when booking through a 3rd party) But the man that checked us in was extremely helpful and he said we will have some king rooms available the next day to make sure all of our items were packed up and come back in the am. We went down nice and early to ensure we got a king room when it became available. We went off for the day and when we came back not only did he get us a king room, he got us a king room with one of the few balconies in the hotel and he had all of our stuff moved to the new room so we didn't have to do anything, which was great! The hotel is in a good location, because it is close to the touristy areas, but you could also hop public trans. (right outside the hotel) pretty much anywhere you want to go. It is within walking distance to the Alcatraz tours, Pier 39, Ghiradelli Sq, & the cable cars. Our flight wasnt until 11pm and we didnt have a hotel for that day, so the bellman held our luggage for the day so we could get the most out of our trip. The fire pits outside/lounge area came in handy, when we had no where to go while waiting for our shuttle. Overall we had a fantastic trip and really enjoyed the hotel and all the great staff that they have there.

The location is great! Easy access to many attractions. Would definitely stay here again.

So much to see and but not enough time. The rooms were very roomy. the staff was very courteous. Nice idea with fire pits outside very cozy Cant wait to go back again and would def stay at the Sheraton again.

We were originally staying at a horrible hotel and fortunately we were with short notice, able to get this room at a great rate, on a weekend! very nice room

The best outdoor fires places ever! Very close to Fisherman's Warf and my favorites resteraunts Scoma's and Fior D'italia!
