I loved the walkability, the staff was great very courteous and helpful, only improvement I could suggest would be some kind of vendor machine as we arrived late and wanted a snack or sodas!

Excellent stay. The hotel was immaculate, the staff was very attentive and ensured that we had the best experience possible. One night during our stay, the people in the next room were smoking marijuana and our room was filled with the smell. The front desk associate was horrified when I spoke to her about it the next day and the hotel addressed it immediately. We were also given $50 voucher for breakfast in the lobby market. We will definitely stay there again on future trips.

This was within walking distance of everything. Close to Union square shopping, many nice restaurants and China town. It was also a nice walk to Pier 39 to do some touristy things without being in the middle of the tourist area. And...get the Bay view. Rooms are extremely comfortable and the view is fabulous!
