"I had the best time, the room was lovely and had just been refurbised, the staff were lovely the mature woman at the desk was the best so friendly and kind. I had enough warning that breakfast was not at that moment in time an option, so I just went and got some bits in. I spent 9 days here and was a women on my own not once did I feel unsafe. There is enough places to eat out for cheap prices and lovely food. Its a 3 min walk to Graceland plus Memphis tour guides (Sue Freeman) picks up from...

"Arrived at 4pm and found the lobby is locked, turned out its locked 24 hrs a day with a guard dog present. You have to use the night window in a very hot little room attached to the lobby. Screwed up our reservation. Booked two rooms, no fridge in one, no microwave. Blow dryers, irons non-existant. Never cleaned the bathroom until I complained, even then bad job. One king room was barely furnished with a queen bed and a chair. Other was better with a sofa and table, which did have a king size....
