While there are 2 full size beds (still tight before 2 adults & 2 kids (age 11 & 8.) it rained for a few hours once day and the living space was way to small to accommodate more than 2 people. We were not in the main hotel building, we were in an efficiency in a small beach house out back. The room was clean and was perfect for 1-2 people who didn't plan to be inside the actual hotel room more than to sleep and shower.
