"At arrival our room was ready even though we were early, so that was nice as we had a long flight. We were taken to a room in the basement, kind of thru me off as I was not expecting that, but we were told we were lucky as our was one of the few rooms with ac. Guess I missed that in the description when we booked. Or was cool so ac would not have been an issue for us anyway. The room was comfortable and based on other reviewers good for the London area.
