"Nice little cabin that’s close to town. The only thing is that it’s within 500 ft of multiple other cabins so there’s no privacy. “Private beach” means beach you have to wonder around to find. There’s no water view from this cabin, or anywhere to sit outside and even have a little fire. The walk up to cabin is steep, so just be aware! They’re no railing, it’s just rocks and tree roots, so sort of unstable. The cabin itself is nice. It’s your typical Maine cabin. There’s a tv with spectrum cable...

"This property is convenient to the areas we were interested in travelling to. The property is unique and well kept and is well worth the stay. The yards was back to nature so it was nice to sit and relax on the porch and enjoy the surroundings"

"If you want QUIET, this is the perfect place. All we could hear was the sounds of the ocean. Loved waking up to the sound of boats and sea life. At high tide the deck is actually OVER the water. You seriously can’t get closer to the ocean than this. AND- they don’t cheap out on the toilet paper! 😜"

It had the feeling of being deep in the woods but it’s actually within a few minutes of Boothbay center and I’m talking 5 to 6 minutes of drive time. "The location is outstanding! This particular cottage is okay. They advertise a washer, dryer, and fireplace. None of which you are allowed to use. They also said they are available for questions. The one time we emailed, we got no response. There were also dirty towels left hung up behind one of the bedroom doors when we arrived."

"I already submitted that the location needs to be clearly specified as in Boothbay, not Boothbay Harbor, as there are two streets with the same name, and this one did not appear on Google maps."

Communicating with property manager was very easy and we got prompt responses. The only thing worth mentioning that needs attention is the little bridge to go over to get to the driveway.
