"Stayed here one night for our trip to Universal Studios (only like 10 mins away) the next day. Sadly we didn't check in till 9 pm. The receptionist was ABSOLUTELY the sweetest thing and we were greeted with champagne. Kevin ran and changed it to sparkling cider since we don't drink. Parking is extra (no surprise there). "I booked a private room with a private bathroom. There was plenty of living space but the bathroom was pretty small. The shower, sink, and toilet were all a tight squeeze. Walls were thin and there was an unpleasant pre-type smell upon entry. I loved the character of an older building. Common spaces were simple and cute and I liked the well-groomed courtyard. Location was fantastic and parking was a huge plus. Service was friendly and professional. I felt safe here. "
