Best Boston View

We had a group of 40 stay for a meeting. Great food at the breaks and organized meals. Fantastic view of the city. Easy to get to the city via water taxi or cab.

Great hotel with excellent views

We were very happy with our stay: the staff, service, rooms - all was excellent. The view of Boston across the harbor is also wonderful, and it’s a matter of minutes to get there by a water taxi. We’ll absolutely stay here again next time we’re in Boston.

Perfect Boston Location

This is a very clean, modern hotel located at Logan Airport, right across the bay from downtown Boston. Incredible views of the Boston skyline and lots to watch looking down on the airport! The rooms are spacious and decorated in a very hip, modern design. This place was about 1/3 the price of the hotels located downtown.

Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks

There is a water taxi available right on the hotel property which will zip you right across the bay in about 7 minutes for only $10/person. They will drop you off at your choice of several popular tourist jump-off points. Faster and cheaper than a conventional taxi. Just tell the concierge and he will summon one.

Very Comfortable Stay

The hotel is very close to the airport and the water taxi is available immediately behind the hotel. It was very convenient and very comfortable. We enjoyed a nightcap in the restaurant off of the lobby as we looked upon the Boston skyline across the harbor. It was very relaxing. I hope to visit again someday.

Nice Hotel

The hotel was clean and concierge was very helpful. We used the hotel shuttle to travel between the airport, hotel, and the T and never had to wait more than 10 minutes. We did find the food in the hotel to be expensive. The food was good but since there aren’t any close alternatives we didn’t feel we had any choice but pay the higher price when on a tight timeline (conf/seminar).

Best View of Boston Harbor and skyline

As a native Bostonian, I highly recommend this hotel. The staff is attentive and the view is to die for. There is a boardwalk behind the hotel patio and beside the harbor for those who like a bit of hiking/walking.

Outstanding

Hotel and services where outstanding....very convenient to Boston via Water Taxi and for our early morning flight home. Highly recommended. A little pricey but worth it.

Luxury at an affordable price. Friendly staff willing to help if at all possible. Great views from the rooms and on the veranda.

Great hotel with a beautiful view

This is a wonderful hotel, nice pool and incredible view. Hotel dining is perfect for many tastes. This hotel is, however, out of the mix of Boston proper. If you want to leave the hotel to do anything, you need a car or to take the water ferry.

Fabulous views of Boston’s skyline

A modern hotel at an affordable rate with all the amenities one would expect as a business or leisure traveler. Our room faced Logan Int’l Airport but noise was not an issue. There are 3 options to get into downtown Boston: the water taxi outside the hotel, a regular taxi, and the subway from the airport. Parking outside the hotel is pricey.

There is a small water taxi right outside the hotel that takes guests across the harbor to several stops, an excellent sightseeing experience on a sunny day.

Stay at Hyatt Harborside Hotel

Made 2 nights stay before taking morning flight from Boston Logan Airport. The hotel was well-conditioned, and surrounded by airport and seafront, which provide good view from either side of the hotel room. (of course the one facing at sea is much better - a chance to see Boston night view!). The hotel was also convenient for short-trip to downtown - hotel courtesy shuttle to nearest T station, or small boat departing from just in front of the hotel getting to Sea Front of the Boston (close to Aquarium). The restaurant was very good in terms of its service and taste.

Parking at Cost

Easy access to the airport; however, the hotel doesn’t provide on sight parking. Guests must pay a rather high daily rate.

This was my second time staying at this hotel in the last two months, and again, their response to a minor issue I mentioned was immediate and more than satisfactory. So in addition to the hotel being very nice, the management is top notch!

Excellent Hotel!

On my last day, there was a water main break near the airport which only affected some of the rooms, ours included. I called the desk, and they immediately found another room for us to use so we could shower before leaving. Very gracious staff throughout our stay.

O.k. but not GREAT!!

The hotel was fine, it was clean and the staff was somewhat accommodating. We were upset that they do not have a schedule for their shuttle to the airport. We had a 6:40a.m. flight and inquired about their shuttle to Logan. They said to be downstairs about 20 minutes BEFORE WE WANTED TO BE AT THE AIRPORT - so if we wanted to be there at 5a.m. we needed to be downstairs by 4:40 a.m. We called and asked the desk if the shuttle was there at 4:40 - they said yes - we told them we would be right down. When we got there, there was another gentleman waiting and he told us the shuttle left about 5 minutes before he got there. We waited for the shuttle to return - about 20 minutes. I really think that they could have a better system in place.

This Hyatt has a great view of the Boston harbor and is very easily accessible to Logan Airport. The staff is extremely helpful and I would recommend this hotel for those looking for excellent service and comfort.

Boston Logan

A good alternative to expensive downtown hotels. The water taxi is 1/2 the porice of a land taxi and the view is much better since you approach the city outside of a tunnel!!

Great handicap accessibility

I was going on business, but sending my family elsewhere on vacation. We stayed the night before we went out on our separate trips at this hotel near the airport. We reserved two rooms, one handicap accessible for my Mom. The staff quickly got us a shower chair for the handicap shower and made the whole trip a lot easier. Easy access handicap parking is also available in front of the hotel.

I miss the grill. Having the only restaurant in the lobby means that the party business has taken over what was a very classy experience.

A million-dollar view!

Love this hotel! A little cheaper than downtown hotels usually, so pay a bit more to get a room on the "view" side, you can see all of downtown Boston across the harbor! And the Cruise ships in the harbor too! Also a nice view from pool room, restaurant and harbor walk. Water taxis (fun!) dock right outside. Room was great! Elegant, clean, beds very comfortable. Shuttle to airport and subway stop was fairly efficient. It does take a little time to get downtown by subway.

Take that water taxi across the harbor to Long Wharf, visit the aquarium, and then dine at the Chart House--expensive but incredible! Located in historical building, amazing food. But be sure to make reservations--and it is less busy on weeknights!
