Great hotel and the staff are very nice and kind. One thing I would change is the variety of food in the Penn top bar. Really bad. I think there is a lot of opportunity to change and improve the menu.

I hate to praise it because it’s my special secret in NYC. The staff are exceptional, from the bell boy to the Managers. Always remember returning guests and go out of their way to make your stay wonderful. Every amenity including gym, pool, spa, salon, 3 bars, restaurant and fantastic room service.
