Nice place. Good people. The Expedia staff were great help. Use a Uber while in Cabo. Stay away from Greyline and other taxi/tours. One great experience with Ranchi Tours. They were professional and the exception.

I found a dead cockroach the first day and the third day a lizard. The hotel need some work. As far as the staff Antonio and Vivien were wonderfullind and always so helpful.. They made my stay delightful. Asian restaurant was the best I have and the night of the Mexican night Taco

We opted for the garden view swim out room, part of the Altitude club. The Altitude club offers extra services such as free room service and premium bars. The website states 24/7 room service, the hours are 7am-10pm. The premium bars seemed to have only one drink of Grey goose at each bar and claimed to be out (I don't think it was real Grey goose). We decided to check out a restaurant called "O", we were given the same menus from "The Grill", neither of those restaurants had good options. Most of the food offered at any place was not authentic Mexican food.

Beautiful ocean front room! Gabriel, our concierge...was absolutely wonderful!!! This was our 4th trip to the Krystal and it won't be the last! The staff is wonderful and helpful. Our housekeeper was excellent....the food is very good. Leombardo, our server was exceptional as always! Thank you to everyone for making our trip memorable and for being so very kind! .

First all no beach on premises 😩! Just open ocean to look at. Nothing to do! Just pool and food !! The restaurant were under staff but food was good. It’s super hot and humid ac units barely feel it. For a low budget resort not bad if you just want to rest. Drinks ok ! Lots of Sugar and cheap alcohol!

Before I got the the property the reviews I read was scary, but all turned out to be untrue. The property is excellent no sewer small as some people said in reviews. The food at every restaurant was good the staff was excellent the pools were clean and my room and view from my room was amazing. My wife and I are already making plans to return.
