Beautiful hotel. Disappointed in the room. Deluxe Room (10) was extremely dark as it was on ground level surrounded by high vegetation. And was very warm. Aircon didn’t work and couldn’t open windows due to being at ground level and when we did they attracted mosquitoes and a local cat… we were offered a different room but at an extra €500 in addition to what we’d paid for, was not accepted!

We stayed here because we needed a place when the Marseille airport closed, and almost everything closer was sold out. Even with all that we were still only slightly happier with the hotel than with the airport floor. The picture shows the status of the renovations at the hotel which were not mentioned ...

Property was clean and had no issues. Close to the port for a cruise vacation. Room was very small. No place to eat close by. Ordered delivery. Lobby closes so had to wait downstairs for it and open the door. Small inconvenience but over all a nice place.

Overall a nice stay. The bathroom was a bit cramped, but we loved the breakfast. Staff was super! Neighborhood was not the best, but wasn’t terrible. It had a convenient proximity to the train and bus terminal and Marseille’s historic district.
