"The hotel was great...hotels.com was not. They took my reservation when the hotel was already full so I arrived at 11 pm after an international flight to find out I had a reservation but no room! Thankfully the employees were understanding and extremely helpful. They not only called around to check for availability at other hotels but after that didn't work they started checking with guests with reservations that had not yet arrived and found someone who was not able to make it that night....

"The hotel was great value for money. Basic but very clean and in a great location. The family room was like 2 rooms. It was probably the best size family room I have stayed it. We were really impressed with this hotel at a great price for Paris."

"Too noisy and could hear all types of noise in the corridor from our room. Also, had issues to check in ( Bookings were already made online but our names did not appear in the hotel list and had to wait for long until sorted"

"Nicest hotel we stayed at in Paris. Loved the kitchen and washer and dryer. Used the baggage room to store and all of our stuff was safe when we came back. "

"The apartment is nice. There were 3 of us and the sofa bed is big enough for 2 persons.The only problem we had is how to operate the washing machine .It’s a washer and dryer in one machine.Also, there’s no whole body mirror.Overall , it was a good experience with my family. Merci Beaucoup!"
