The lobby of the building mislead the conditions of the room. Rooms were small the bed was lumpy, and when sleeping if someone turned on a pipe you would hear them knocking. We could not sleep. Plus they put a 200 damage deposit hold on my credit card. Not sure what their is to damage the entire place needs to be gutted

The heater was stuck on during our stay so it was almost 30 degrees in the room at all times in march when it’s below 0 outside, even with the thermostat set to cool and then eventually off altogether. The windows didn’t have screens so we didn’t want to leave them open too far incase of animals and the air conditioner did not work well enough to cool the room at all. We left early.

The staff were great! The rooms were very clean! Since the building is older the pipes for the heating were very loud and the rooms were not very sound proof. If you’re looking for a single night at a great price it’s a great option!

Room was very hot. Air conditioner was noisy Guest altercation in parking lot. Over an hour of yelling at each other. Wasn’t sure if female was yelling or being assaulted. Staff did nothing. Police should have been called. Awake listening to yelling despite being on 3rd floor. Worried about vehicle as male was wondering around parking lot. Slept 1 hour

The property needs maintenance. Slide lock was on the door backwards making it ineffective, shelve in closet was drooping and the guard on the heater in the bathroom was leaning on the heater not actually installed.

Staff were very kind and friendly, The breakfast options were pretty good. The room did need some TLC but in all was a great experience. We got it at a great rate so I was happy.

The was sink was completely clogged and the entire room made weird noises at night. Extremely dirty with poor smell. Please for God’s sake never set foot in this place if you wish to live!

Locked doors at 11pm, that was odd. Should advertise as a motel not an inn. Location is strange and the only benefit is the proximity to HSC. If you were to bring an escort here, she’d probably not expect to make it home alive.

only two issues the pipes are loud which isn’t a huge problem for me or my fiance but our main issue was the wall outlet wasnt screwed into the wall so we decided to now use it but other then that this was a great experience def recommend
