"Bad first impressions with two members of staff hassling me about buying travel tickets before I’d even checked in. Room was an ok space, but couldn’t get antiquated AC to work and ceiling fan was so loud as to make sleep difficult. Minimal natural light from the window opening out onto a wall a foot or so away. The room was ok but the cupboards were dirty and the blanket was not neatly stacked, it was just shoved in the cupboard.The sink was cracked, no hot water, gaps in the windows.
