“We booked two rooms at this hotel for our stay, but the experience was disappointing. Despite arriving for check-in at 1 PM, we had to wait almost an hour because the rooms were not ready, and we even saw guests vacating the rooms after we arrived. The rooms themselves were not clean. We couldn’t locate the switch to turn off the lights and ended up sleeping with the lights on. We later discovered the switch was oddly placed beneath the bed. “As per room condition price supposed to be indian rupees 1300 but your hotels.com charge me more than 4500 rupees. That’s not fair price. No hot water at all. Need too much work to fix inside the hotel to get the expensive price. People are good but price is not right ”
