“Room had a little balcony which we didn't expect as we booked luxury room without balcony. Breakfast buffet was okay. Pool is nicely kept and we used it in the afternoon.”

“We stayed at Narayan Kothi, Varanasi for 2 nights and overall had a comfortable and pleasant stay. The rooms and hospitality were good, and we enjoyed our time at the property. However, there are some areas that need serious improvement, especially food quality and service follow-up. I ordered Dahi Kebab during the stay, after which I suffered food poisoning. The hotel should urgently review its kitchen hygiene and food quality standards. I had also ordered plain moong dal for my 7-month-old……

“Room was very small. It was very difficult for two adults to stay together. No areas to dry clothes or towels after use. No place to keep toiletries. The switches stopped working. It was an average place. Only two things: the staffs were very friendly and helpful. Chai stall just outside the hotel some 20 meters away. ”
