“There was no hot water in the room! The sheets were dirty, and the room smelled terrible. I was not satisfied.”

“Me and my son stayed overnight on 6/13/26 for a baseball tournament. It was a great room at a fantastic price. I couldn’t get my tv to work, and two employees came right away to fix it. One of them made it back to my room from the office to help before I did! It has recently been remodeled and had everything we needed for a short overnight stay. Almost everything in the room was brand new! All of the staff was very kind and helpful. Don’t skip over this hotel if you’re looking in Graham.”

“Room door was just “unlocked”, as were window. As a single woman that was unnerving. Need to put something on the floor under the beds legs so it doesn’t just move around the room. The room was clean which was nice. I didn’t understand why an envelope for tipping the housekeeper was in the room as the rules said to clean all dishes, empty refrigerator and throw away garbage in outside bin.”

“We had car trouble. As a result, we arrived very late. The staffed worked with us every step of the way. The accommodations was far more that we were planning for. It had a full kitchen which we did not get to enjoy. It was one of the best nights sleep I have had in ages. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thanks”
