“We thought we’d do a lot more but it was so pleasant just absorbing that gorgeous lake view from inside as well as from the huge deck, that’s mostly what we wanted to do. Very comfortable and commodious. Various instructions need to be updated.”

“Amazing tiny home! It has a beautiful view and all the amenities you would need to be comfortable in a wonderful little house. The directions were a little daunting (because of the location, not because they weren’t clear), but putting the address into Google maps took us here with no issue. Hopefully Apple Maps will get the clue and update. Being able to unplug was so welcome for me as well. I had to actually *gasp* interact with my beautiful wife. Just a win win win. To paraphrase Randy...

“This was the most scenic property we’ve stayed at. The lake and fishing was easily accessible. The home was comfortable and adorable. Everything about it was amazing. Will def go back ”

“This was my first time visiting Breckenridge. The property is quite large with beach access. The house is well equipped with everything you need to be comfortable. Plenty of beds. Wrap around porch and upstairs balcony. Right on the water. Very clean and well put together. 2 bathrooms. Stacy was very helpful in instructions prior to checking in. You really don’t need to bring much when visiting this property, just whatever you plan on eating or drinking. Everything else is provided. Great job!”

“Pros: 1. Great Access to the water 2. Store close by with onsite food 3. Boat Launch and 3 separate docks for boats, gas and fishing... 4. Cabins have basics, TV, microwave, coffee maker...and a iguana light in the bathroom in case you have jaundice... Cons: 1. Walls are paper thin, you can hear everything from both sides of you..if people talk, the TV, etc...everything..be warned..take ear plugs.. 2. Internet barely works in your room, Cell service barely works in your room (Verizon) 3. Beds...

“This property is not for everyone. The main reason I say that is due to the layout. There are two very large bedrooms and a large bathroom upstairs. The kingsize beds are very comfortable. The stairway to the second floor is extremely steep with stairs that are very shallow. There is a warning sign at the base of the stairs asking folks to use the railing. It wold appear that most folks do because the railing is getting loose at the top of the stairs. What adds risk is that fact that the stair...
