"I came here on my own and couldn’t have been made more welcome. It’s a small hotel and my room was modern, clean and comfortable. There are plenty of places to eat and drink in the small resort, I was only there a few days and didn’t venture further but not a long hop up to Corfu town. Breakfast is good and the lunch menu is very nice too. The taverna next door is excellent. You can get a little row ferry for a few coins over the river to explore the next beach along. "

"Philippos apartments were very clean and the pool area was kept clean and tidy. We used the pool bar every day and the food and drink were excellent. No booming loud noisy music, and a very large tv screen which we were able to watch the sad events about the Royal family. All in all, a very clean and peaceful place to stay. "Loved the location of this hotel for my first visit to Corfu. Dasia Beach nearby. Great bakery is mere steps away. The warm Staff made my solo trip even better and appreciated the watermelon break they gave me when I mentioned one late hot afternoon upon arriving back at the hotel how I could use a chilled watermelon. This was the most unhelpful and unfoexible hotel we have ever had the unfortunate experience of dealing with… plus they just ignore communication and are overall very very unhelpful. Unfortunately we had 2 family bereavements within a short space of time which meant we looked at trying to move our room to a different date… as we did want to go to the hotel but had to cancel flights and basically couldn’t turn up to the hotel because of this. "This hotel was perfect for a week away by the sea. The pool area was nice to lounge in during the day. The sea and a small beach was right there as well. The most beautiful sunrises! The employees were all very kind. Parking was available although the road it’s on is quite narrow. The hotel sits behind another building so finding it took a bit of skill. It was all worth it, I had a great and relaxing stay! "

"What I liked: the owners/staff was very friendly, the pool, location Now I understand that this was a comfort apartment but I still disliked: the creaking beds, the doors that do not close properly and its locks are very noisy, other guests late in the night kept waking us up just by opening their doors, the kitchen part was poorly equipped, no big deal but only 1 butter knife for 2 people."
