“Despite stating on their website that emotional support animals would be considered as welcomed to guests free of charge, when I arrived at the location, I was told no cats. “Beds were comfy, but upon arrival they looked like they had been sat on.. no sheets or blankets provided for the pullout sofa sleeper, noisy at night, breakfast was a struggle.. no decaf coffee, no plates only cereal bowls, cereal was stale, only scrambled eggs, the other container was empty so no idea what was in it, juice wasn’t working and the waffles would not come off the waffle maker, you ended up with a clump of waffle the kids would not eat… no one was on site or behind the desk for any……
