“The room was absolutely disgusting. The bathroom was dirty, hair in the shower, soap scum on the floor and halfway up the walls. Since it was a walk in shower the water puddled into the rest of the bathroom. Carpet was not vacuumed and the bed was horrible. Had basically a hole in the center and bumpy in other spots. The pillow was flat as pancakes. Windows were filthy couldn’t see out. All and all it was a miserable stay,”

“My complaint is that I had called 2 weeks ahead of our arrival date to request that we have our 2 rooms adjoined because we had a group of kids for a birthday trip. I was told that was no problem. When we checked in, our rooms were on different floors! Not even close to eachother! When I explained I was supposed to have adjoining rooms, we were told that they can't guarantee that.
