“Everything was clean.,but they need to replace the furniture, sofas for instance and pull up that worn carpet in the hallways.”

“We checked into the first room, which had a couple arguing loudly in the next room. The front desk was accommodating and offered another; however, this room spelled like cigarettes. An asthma attack later ensued. Went to another Hampton Inn and that experience was great! Do not recommend this site...drive a little to another location.”

“The front desk staff were nice but the room was extremely humid the entire time even with the air going and the shower floor was old and needing replaced.”

“There needs to be updates. It's ludicrous to ask for a $100 incidental. Every time I got on the elevator, it was wet. No housekeeping daily. The light in my room kept flickering. The pool area needs to be updated. The sausages were undercooked. I let the staff know, and the girl came out and added water to the eggs. How do you not have a lobby restroom on the first floor.”

“They do not like to compensate for messed up rooms or amenities. Plus they try and stag you on giving u back your initial deposit”

“I booked a smoking room and got a non smoking room then I had made.food for me.and my partner to save in good cost and couldn't even use the microwave because it was broken had no tables or chairs to sit at no coffee pot couldn't watch TV because you had to pay to watch the TV and the place had roaches and I was not able to get my money refunded as I couldn't stay there it was that unpleasant”

“Apparently buried somewhere on this hotel's listing on Expedia it says everyone is expected to put down a returnable $100.00 cash deposit upon check in which will be returned in the checking out process. I did not see this advertised on Expedia or their site but found it after the fact when I had to do a deep dive into the fine print terms and conditions. Something like this needs to be advertised openly and highlighted. Many people don't have cash like that on hand and can't afford to put down……
