The elevator was broken and I was told it would be fixed the next day but it was never repaired and someone else said they didn’t know when it would be fixed. It is NOT handicap accessible. The fire alarm lights flashed for 4 days and when I complained they told me to throw a towel over it. There was a faint urine odor. The towels were small, stained and had holes in them. The person who checked me in had the key card work for only a day even though I was staying longer. She told me that they didn’t have any double beds left and asked if I would take a king. Never mentioned that they would charge me more. The girl who checked me out fixed it. I do not recommend this place at all!!

The matresses were amazingly comfortable. The towels were super small and very thin. No kleenex, no refrigerator which was shocking but we managed. The elevator was broken but when we checked in the front desk told us there was an elevator. I would think the front desk should know that info.We were on the 3rd floor which was super inconvenient but managed. Thankfully noone had issues.

Half the lights in my room didn't work. The fire alarm lights on my floor were flashing when I arrived, but they didn't seem concerned. The AC couldn't cool the room below 73, despite being set at tht lowest it would go. Finally, they demanded a $50 deposit, despite it clearly stating on Expedia that the deposit was only $25.

The staff isn’t mean they just aren’t friendly. This place shouldn’t be priced at what it is. It’s a cheap spot and that’s fine they should charge cheap prices. Or at least clean properly. If you don’t have the newest stuff clean the old stuff.

Property manager trying to charge me for damaged tv that I complained about at arrival time. No WiFi no tv and they charge me fee to cover the damage tv plus deposit fee.

While the room itself and what it offers is adequate. The service here leaves much to be desired. I came in around 5pm after check in began at 3 and had been told I was already checked in (I had just made it to Chicago so I had not.), but they kicked someone out (yikes!) so we could have a room. Then once in our room, there was stray hairs on the bed and around the room. The hair shower supplies left our hair greasier rather than cleaner and the night we first came in we had police yelling to the visitors next door. So to be short, the building and rooms itself is fine, but there’s much room for improvement

We asked for towels in row for three days. They just committed for it but never provided. Last day they did, but very small towel which can be used to dry your hand only. Outside of the room, It was really unsafe as one stranger kind of person was keep working on his car for two days in row. Room had smell, I can not do anything for that either.

The bathroom plumbing needs work. The shower water drains slowly while taking a shower, therefore the tub is half full of water before showering is done. I also did not receive a receipt for my stay, the receptionist said because I went through Expedia there is no receipt. This is not acceptable as a paying customer I should be able to see an itemize receipt with dates and sales tax.
