“This is an excellent place to experience and explore the natural beauty that surrounds you in this part of Ireland. Jenn and her staff are experienced professionals who are also world travelers and who understand the grace notes of hospitality. “Clean, well-run hostel. Family room was good, bed comfy, bathroom clean and nice hot shower. The communal spaces were clean and well kept. Convenient if walking the Kerry Way, only 3km off the route and nicely situated between Cahersiveen and Waterville.”

“We booked the hotel due to food being served, when we arrived there was no food during the week and only at weekend which was not reflected on the website. Room was not as described, very small, en-suite had mould all in shower, ceiling and it was dirty. ( see photos below ). Bed was damp, cold, springs had gone in mattress, room smelt of damp, was cold, carpet dirty very worn and overall the room was dirty. Carpets in the hallway was dirty and worn, needs to be updated and some money spent in……

“The location was perfect for us, a short walk into town. We stayed for 2 nights with our adult children. The apartment was spacious with a well-equipped kitchen. We appreciated the milk, cereal, butter, and jam provided. We were there in late Fall 2025 very close to Christmas and we had our building to ourselves. It was nice and quiet!”
