“The hotel area manager was so rude to myself and my friend over an issue with the booking that was outside of our control. Unfriendly and unwelcoming. The reception staff were kind though”
“Location is perfect for short walks to dinner & shopping. Given it is city center the room was very quiet at night. Parking for a mid size suv was challenging but doable - the underground garage is the way to go. Traffic on the square is horrible at almost all times - the backups stretch for blocks.”
“Looks newly renovated and very comfortable. Shower room great. Breakfast very nice. Despite warning on their site re pub noise and loud music it was less noisy than I expected (perhaps because its not mid summer). I'd stay here agsin”
“Nice hotel. Needs a better shower and nozzle. Berry difficult to climb into and slippery.
Need to oust the tub and replace with a regular shower.
Would stay again, but could be great with new shower setup.”
