We were very appreciative of his flexibility when our flight home was delayed by nine hours! The location was great as were the amenities. “Courtney’s KoOlina Kai house was INCREDIBLE!! So comfortable. So clean. So quiet. Bright, modern, updated - it has everything. I think the TV is the biggest I’ve ever seen! The neighbors are all friendly. The pool pavilions (which Courtney helped me reserve) were PERFECT to grill dinner by the pool. Courtney was SO nice, gracious, helpful, and kind.
