“Never again.”

“Pet friendly which is what we were looking for. However I didn’t see an area for walking our dog. Staff was friendly and room was clean.”

“This is just the back side of the Motel 6. There is no sign indicating that this is any different. I went in to Motel 6 entrance and asked. The clerk was helpful in getting us checked in and told us about the restaurant on the front of the property where breakfast would be served as an option. He also answered our questions about a dinner restaurant we had considered. He was helpful and got us checked in quickly. He never explained why there was no signage. The room was old and things were worn……

“Check-in was an automated video kiosk, where the sound wasn’t very good. The room wasn’t secure as the windows at the Garden level could not lock. the bathroom sink spigot was missing some pieces. In the morning, the smell of Diesel trucks nearby leaked heavily into the room.”

“I really couldn’t have asked for more. Nice hot shower with a very comfortable bed in a clean room. Ash and the boss that checked me in were two of the nicest people you will ever meet. I was very happy with everything”

“The stay was fine. I was disappointed that the fitness center was not available to guests. ”

“Room was suppose to have mini fridge, and microwave. It didn't have mini fridge like it stated. Bedspread was stained. We ask for a new Bedspread and about a mini fridge. They never got back to us and our food went bad. The air didn't work very well and we were hot all night Then we got woke up at 7.30 from a smoke alarm going off. I called and ask what was going on and was told they had a mishap with the smoke alarm. Our complaints, we feel are validated. What makes it okay with anyone to pay……
