“As noted by previous guests the building is dated but not an issue. On arrival reception staff was very helpful and polite. (Note the reception openig times). Location is ideal and only 5 mi utes walk to the town centre. Stayed in room 33 which has a balcony and a decent view of the town and surrounding hills. Bed was very comfortable with good quality linen. No issues with noise external or interior. Room size was good with a double bed. Toilet / shower was a cubicle type and worked well. ”

“The hotel definitely needs updating. The TV - every channel is in French, only 2 channels in English- both news. Breakfast can use more variations. Staff needs to learn English- Courchevel is very expensive world famous resort- how are you providing customer service and barely speak English. ”

“Cosy and clean room with a nice little balcony looking out to Mont Blanc. Plenty of parking and a ski store with locking chains (the racks aren't deep enough for boards, so take a lock (I just kept mine in my room)). Continental breakfast was a great start to the day before heading for the slopes. There's also a nice little bar for quiet apres beers before heading into town. “The appeal of this hotel is the location (Ski-in/out) and the price. Half board with wine and a premium ski-pass included for the same price as self-catering in Arc 1950. We visit Les Arcs for the skiing, so the single beds and tired rooms are perfectly acceptable. The food is varied and of good standard for the money. At breakfast, there are queues for the coffee machines, and they often run out of mugs or bowls, but this depends on the time and demand - It's really not a big issue. Don't go……
