“The property is older and not particularly well maintained. The pool was undergoing maintenance and not available. I struggled to lock the door to my room as it didn't line up properly. They were not at all near capacity based on the cars in the lot yet I got a unit that was half below ground level looking out to the back parking area so needed to close the curtains for privacy. The air conditioner was loud and despite a complicated control panel I was only able to have it run continuously or……
