“For thew most part the hotel was clean. Had a little trouble with the sink in the room where the handle fell off. I reported, they said they would take care of it. They never did. The room smelled a bit humid”

“They help make your stay quiet and relaxing. It’s very clean and staff is friendly and helpful. I was going to Mayo and the shuttle is very nice and convenient so you don’t have to pay or drive down there. I’ve stayed at this location several times and I always go back because they take care of the guests.”

“My only complaint is the breakfast consisted of only cold, hard boiled eggs, still in the shell that were impossible to peel.”

“The room is pretty clean, but I overheard a conversation about housekeeping and the help desk person said housekeeping was done around every three weeks or so to the person asking. But that’s for an extended stay, which is still kinda long. Also, I don’t know what they clean with, but pet smells must be hard to get out of the rooms. It doesn’t stink or anything, but doesn’t smell fresh either. Also, I have rarely had everything I need in the room. They are usually missing something. The……

“Very close with to Mayo Clinic with parking, yet reasonably priced. Which was our main priority. Only complaints were the loud AC unit, that we just unplugged while sleeping. And could not figure out what shows were playing on TV channels. Next time we will have to ask the front desk.”
