Room had a stale smell until cleaned on 2nd day. Hard to explain Shower head was rusted, dirty and need to be replaced The pillows were atrocious. Seriously. They were like little half pillows stuffed with lumpy material. I took photos of them and friends gasped. They may been for kids but definitely not comfortable or new/clean. The cleaning staff was kind and friendly as well as front desk staff. The place just needs a bathroom - sheets - and pillow update badly

Breakfast punctual and nice was at six. Hallways a little humid and one guest was wishing there was a small table in the room to eat for two. Everything in the room looked clean. Conditioner bottle was empty but nice the shower gel and shampoo were provided.

The tv never worked - we got in and the bedding had stains and were just overall gross. I ordered the hot tub room and it was dirty. I would never stay at this location again. The outside looks nice but the cleaning of the property is less than acceptable. How do you not get new bedding when sheets and comforters have gross stains?

First off the staff was great l, no complaints there. The hotel when we arrived smelled musty. The room we stayed in had black mold in the shower, by the toilet, and on the ceiling in the restroom. The room smelled musty as well. If you're looking for a cheap hotel and dont mind mentioned above have at it. I wasn't expecting the Hilton but I wasn't expecting to see black mold either.

I was preparing for check out at 9 am & as I brought items to my car the cleaning staff went into my room and began cleaning before I had taken all of my items out of the room. They had several of my belongings on their cleaning cart that I had to ask to retrieve. I called and let the front desk know that I was missing items from my room the same day I checked out and I have not heard any reply.

If you're traveling to Rochester for medical treatment, look elsewhere. This is not a safe environment for medically vulnerable patients. We were in room 108. On arrival I noted dirt and grime in all the corners, especially in the bathroom. The bathroom walls were swollen with water damage. It smelled like mold and urine. There was a large spider in the bathtub, and worse, unbelievably, there was feces left in the toilet. The TV didn't work, but all we wanted was to get some sleep before an early morning appointment. This was unfortunately impossible due to what sounded like kids racing luggage carts up and down the hallway all night (and a rock-hard mattress with a lumpy topper that kept coming off, and throw pillows instead of normal pillows, and an insanely loud rattling AC). At 3:30 AM we gave up and dressed to leave, which was when we discovered that both of us were covered in bug bites. Bug bites! Yes, I have pictures; no, we hadn't been anywhere else where this could've happened. This hotel has bedbugs, or fleas, or probably both. We went to the desk to check out around 4. The guy was sound asleep. Pros: they called us an Uber. Cons: literally everything else. There is no chance that any positive reviews for this place are genuine. Please heed my warning, especially if you're a Mayo patient. It's not close to Mayo anyway. I attempted to reach out to the hotel for a refund and got no response. Low Quality Inn. No stars.

Very spacious room the shower was awesome. Breakfast was pretty good. TV was great.Bed was comfortable and you could even walk outside room on the second floor. Definitely worth the price.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The property looks really nice from the outside and our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. However, there was some mold in the top of the shower. The reception area smells very very moldy/musty. The day that we arrived, there was a nasty rotten trash, smell closer to the elevators, which didn’t exist when we departed. Shame on me I forgot my pillow in the room and realized within two hours after our departure I called them. They were very helpful on the phone and said they would return my call. I haven’t received a call back yet. It is 4:30 PM. I called them at five after 1 PM. My friend stopped up there to try to pick the pillow up and they could not locate it which was really strange that a pillow can go missing within two hours of departure when the only person that I’ve been in the room was the cleaner I would say. Bummer because it was a hotel Lux down feather pillow with an allergen cover on it and another really good pillowcase over that. I’m not sure how something could just go missing within two hours. I just tried calling back right at 4:30 PM before writing this review and no one would answer the phone and the line cut me off.

Carpet beetle bugs in the shower made my girlfriend scream and cry. More bugs in the sink. Crumbs up the lobby stairs and other visible messes were not cleaned for 2-3 days. Everything was disgusting. Room smelled like someone sprayed a bunch of cheap mens cologne, and it stunk even though we tried to air it out by opening the window. Speaking of opening the window, the screen was broke, looked very ghetto, couldn’t keep the window open due to bugs. Nastiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

Filthy hallway and stairs, pool and hot tub were a suspect color and hot tub did not bubble, whole place had a funky smell. It seems to mainly be used as a man camp. Also it should be labeled Quality Inn North!
