"Plqce was good and room was clean. Night time staff was hard to find. I waited over 30 minutes until someone showed up at the front desk to check in. Other guests were waiting as well, not including those already checked in that were experiencing issues in their rooms. I thought it was a bad sign of what was to be expected for customer service.
