The hotel was just in a very busy area close to all the happenings in Niagara Falls. It was close to many restaurants, shopping and bus service."

If you are expecting a decent place to sleep at a low cost, you will be pleased. It is an older motel, in reasonable, but not excellent condition. But for the cost, it is excellent value.
