Very good and amazing area especially for the price. Rooms are very good and spacious but bathrooms may need renovation soon. Pool water was FREEZING. Wish it was a bit warmer. Staff very nice.

It’s a good place to stay. It’s close to the amusement and easy access to shops. Staff are okay. Only thing is check was late as the room is not ready at regular check in. So they ask us to cal if the room is ready but they never call I have to them to ask the room is ready at 6:30.

We stayed for 4 days with small children and were overall very happy. The room was clean & bigger than expected. Its steps from the action on Clifton Hill which was perfect for walking to. Lots of food options in the area. The parking was very easy and there were always spots available when we needed them. The staff were very helpful. You could see they are working to improve the property with contractors working but we never heard any of them making noise at all. Definitely would stay there again. The only downside was no breakfast included - not a big deal - Tim Hortons is right by the hotel just a minute walk and we knew that going in.
