“It was a clean room”

“Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Cleveland, TN was a good overall experience. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made our visit enjoyable. The hotel was clean, but it is beginning to show its age and could benefit from some updates and renovations. The complimentary breakfast was adequate, though the selection was somewhat limited—especially for those needing gluten-free options. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would rate this hotel 3.5 out of 5 stars.”

“A/C was very noisy, sound like a truck running in the parking lot. Room key was only loaded for one night, had to have it reloaded. Tried to use back entrance on second day and wouldn’t open it Towels are paper thin, need to invest in better quality linens. Was not impressed with breakfast bar, definitely needs improvement”

“It was a great room for the price. Nicely divided room where privacy in bedroom could be had from main sitting area. My only frustration was no instructions on how to take advantage of the wifi so I just hotspotted off my cell, plus the wifi is open and not secure and you need a VPN to be safe.”

“Brand new hotel. You could smell the new paint in the room. Tried using Expedia and filter for free breakfast. Only breakfast you are getting here is if you make it yourself. Thanks Expedia.”
