“Pool didnt work mold everywhere”

“The front desk staff was exceptionally kind and welcoming. He greeted my son with a snack, which was a thoughtful gesture and made us feel appreciated upon arrival. Unfortunately, our room appeared to have been previously occupied by pets and had not been cleaned thoroughly. As someone with pet allergies, I immediately noticed a very strong dog urine odor. The smell was so pungent that I had difficulty sleeping throughout the night. The manager came to the room and attempted to resolve the……
