“Breakfast had almost no protein”

“We stayed for 2 nights and our stay was amazing! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Sylvia was the best! Every time we saw her, she was smiling and professional. Room as clean and spacious, bed was very comfortable, very low noise level from outside and the bathroom was very clean as well. We used the pool, the sauna and the hot tub which were all very nice! The breakfast was great too! Very impressed! If we are ever in the area again, we will be staying here again.”

“We liked our stay there but we couldn’t find the stairwells. One time there was a line for the elevator so we thought we’d take the steps and we couldn’t find them.”

“Don't stay here, period. Well, unless you normally sleep on the street, in which case this is *maybe* an upgrade. Horribly dirty - dirty floors, dirty sheets, dirty broken shower... The supposedly non-smoking rooms reeked of smoke. There were bugs everywhere, and a gross dirty fly trap hanging in one of the rooms. It's unconscionable that this place stays in business, and that Expedia supports them. There's no discounted rate that would make this place worth staying at. Just find somewhere……
