“Room was clean but stair carpets were smelly and dirty also skirting board gathered lots of dust. Room curtains had dirty stains on them, I told staff but nothing was done about it. No lifts, had to go up the stairs to the third floor than 4th floor. Downstairs and reception area looked very clean and inviting, but up the stairs were dirty snd smelly. Dirty towel left in hanging in the bathroom, dirty nappies left in the bin, bedding were clean but pillows and duvet had bad smell.”

“Worst place to pay for. No working fan, can’t open windows and no air in the room. Very terrible dirty smell in the room and bathroom. Paid for 2 days and immediately came into room, was traumatized. They refused to do anything or even issue me a refund. I had to book another better hotel immediately and left there. So I couldn’t sleep at their hotel but went to another place at my own expense to show how terrible it is. It is not a hotel as they portray but restaurant that sell beer and has……
